Smokey Rebel started in a back garden in Kent, with a hand-built smoker, a pile of curiosity, and a hunger for better flavour. Russ, our founder and resident Pitmaster, spent decades learning from the best — from barbecue veterans in the American South to spice masters across Asia and the Med. What began as a love letter to smoke, fire, and family meals has evolved into a mission: To bring bold, beautifully balanced BBQ flavours to cooks across the UK and beyond.
