Big K Apple Wood Chunks

Apple wood chunks with their subtle sweet fruity flavour are the perfect addition when smoking cheese, poultry and seafood.

The chunks are approximately 2-3″ long and a great size to allow you to control just how much flavour you want to add and with no additives they burn well alongside any of the Big K Charcoal or briquettes.

Soaking can help slow down the burn to prevent bitterness
